Grace Schedule
Week 1:
1) Meet-up with SPCA
2) Carry out survey (Still in progress, due Monday, 29th April 2010)
3) Email/call/meet-up with printing companies
4) Blogshop Layout to be 80% done by the end of this week
Week 2:
1) Email/call/meet-up with printing companies (I can go with you guys on Thurs)
2) Submission of T-shirt designs to selected printing company.
3) Blogshop (with 70% content) to be done at the end of this week
4) Collation of survey results
Week 3:
1) T-Shirts to be printed and collected at the end of this week.
2) Blogshop (with 100% content) to be done at the end of this week
3) Collection of ppt slides and posters from SPCA.
Week 4:
1) Photography Session with teachers & students
2) Update blogshop with photos
3) Blogshop all up and ready for operation at the end of this week
4) Rehearsal for presentation during hall assembly
Week 5:
1) Mon: Hall Assembly talk by the UPs
2) Tues/Wed: Sales Booth; Order & Payment
Week 6:

Hall Assembly Talk:
By now, Selena would have already CC-ed you the day she would be coming down to the school, together with the slides and script. Regarding the slides and script, they are in the process of being edited to adapt to our project and audience. Also, if you are interested in giving the talk to the WHOLE school on April 19th 2010, please contact me by Wednesday, 31st March 2010. This is to ensure that the script and slides will be ready for presentation. The slides and script will be ready about 1-2 weeks before the talk.
